Pre-Orders

Many of our new arrivals have beginning SHIP DATES on our website. If an item has a ship date that is over 1-4 weeks from the order date, it will say "pre-order" on it. If you decide to pre-order an item on our website, please note the following:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout - NOT when the item ships.

• Your order will ship together unless you place the order separately or email us asking for a certain item in your order to ship separately. 
• THIS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER PROCESSING! Once we process your order, we are no longer able to separately ship styles in your order as your order has gone to our warehouse to begin to be fulfilled. 

• Pre-Orders are unable to be cancelled once placed.

• Live Love Gameday will process your label and shipping information prior to the pre order shipment date due to extremely high order volumes. By printing labels prior, this allows our team to have orders ready to go once pre orders arrive to get orders out as quickly as possible. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING OR DELAYED - your pre order will go out around the pre order ship date listed. If we are able to ship out pre orders sooner than originally listed, we’ll be sure to do so!

• For returns on pre-orders, you have 14 days from the day that you received the order - not the date on the original invoice as this is the order date. // Certain pre-orders are not eligible for returns/store credit (please see style description for further details). // See RETURNS for more details. 

• The date listed on the pre-order page is an approximate beginning ship date and we only update as more information is provided. We begin shipping out on or around the specified date. Due to a high volume on a specific pre-order style, your order may go out after the estimated pre order date, as we do try our best to ship out all pre-order items on the date specified, but it sometimes carries over. We ship out as quickly as we can as pre order inventory rolls in!

• Preorders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item. If at all there’s a unexpected delay, we’ll be sending over follow up’s for y’all to keep you updated!
